he’s rich. he can afford the best doctors, the best drugs, for all you know they’ve already replaced all his organs and blood
as opposed to africa where most people are poor. they have barely enough to buy food. so when they get aids, its a death sentence

he has the money to be able to receive all of the cutting edge hiv/aids drugs that are being researched or that are pending right now. it is all about the money.
