For one, Tim Duncan is not better than Shaq, and Jerry West is better than both. In my opinion kobe should be higher up in that list not sure where, but he done a lot more than Tim Duncan.

Hey guys, I’m trying to increase my vertical leap by doing the training program over at snipurl[dot]com/nbatraining – and gained like 9-10 inches so far but I’m still a bit away from dunking the ball. Does anyone have any more tips to increase it even more? I’m only 3 weeks into the training program but I can’t wait to start dunking!
