Millions of people die of aids in Africa each year, but there is medicine to prevent people of ever getting aids if they have HIV, such as the medications used by wealthy people who can afford them. Shoudn’t governments buy in bulk such medications and distribute them instead of sending money which local governments don’t distribute adn spend wisely? Not to do so seems very unethical on the part of the world. It could be as cheap as asprin all these years after its invention such as chicken pox vaccine is.

No, I didn’t see that South Park episode, but that is interesting that somebody else is thinking along the same lines as me, at least. It seems that you, having AIDS, would be completely mad as hell over what looks like elitism when it comes to surviving so that if you’re an insider in some way or have enough money, you’ll survive a life-threatening disease.
