aids? I know he has tons of money and can afford great health care. But 17 years, wow, that’s a long time. When he first contracted hiv, everyone thought it would be a death sentence, but he seems to be living normally. He’s 48 now. Has the hiv gone away in his body or something?

I don’t follow basketball, or any sport at all, but I remember when Magic Johnson was identified with the HIV virus.
How is it that I never heard about his health declining? Is there a cure for HIV/AIDS that only the exclusive ranks of the rich and famous have access to? Or was it a random "miracle?" Fill me in! I am very curious!
I think Magic knew he had hiv way before he announced that he had contracted the virus. He announced that he had it after the NBA season was over back in 1991. I watched the finals that year and I was like wow because he looked slow. I mean he didn’t look like the same player against Micheal Jordan and the Bulls. Anyways, I am not making excuses for the Lakers lost.
I know Magic is a multimillionaire and has money for better medication, but he looks healthier than MJ. Me and my friends always wonder, just like everyone else, whether or not he has the HIV cure. I know its an old topic, but I just saw him in NYC (probably here for the Roy Jones fight) and he is lookin healthy as a horse. I could be wrong. He could be just taking great care of himself.
