Magic Johnson runs a diversity program for NASCAR. He also does redevelopment for the urban communities. I think he should form a racing team, like for NASCAR, Indy Racing League, and Champ Car Racing. The team would consist a diversity of auto racers and it can change the scenery of the sport. Lewis Hamilton, a British, who’s black, and races in Formula 1, has already layout the foundation to for more diverse auto racers to compete in a variety of motor sports. I hope I see more diverse drivers in NASCAR, Indy, and Champ Car Racing in the coming years.
